摘要
建立了用毛细管柱气相色谱法快速测定代用茶中八氯二丙醚(S-421)残留量的方法。样品采用正己烷反复提取,定容后经浓硫酸磺化,离心净化。优化实验条件,选择HP-1ms石英毛细管柱进行分析,方法线性良好,加标量为0.1~0.6mg/kg时,回收率为96.1%~101.2%,RSD≤4%,最低检出限为0.004mg/kg。
A rapid method was developed for the determination of residual octachlorodipropyl ether in substitutional tea. The analytical procedure was based on the extraction from substitutional tea with n-hexane repeatedly and purification with oil of vitriol assisted by centrifugation. Residue levels were determined by capillary gas chromatography with electrical conductivity detector and HP-1 ms capillary. The ECD response for S-421 was linear in the concentration range studied. Average recoveries obtained for S-421 in the different substitutional teas were from 96.1% to 101.2% with relative standard deviations of ≤4% when the concentration of standard in substitutional teas were from 0.1 mg/kg to 0.6mg/kg. The low detection limits was 0.004mg/kg.
