摘要
通过对β-1,3葡-聚糖酶和几丁质酶的抑菌性质进行分析,综述了β-1,3葡-聚糖酶和几丁质酶在果蔬方面的抗病害研究进展,对β-1,3葡-聚糖酶和几丁质酶在热带水果采后保鲜中的作用进行了展望。
The characters and pathogens of β-1,3-glucanase and chtinase were discussed. After the analysis of β-1,3-glucanase and chtinase in fruits and vegetables with improved disease resistances, this essay had foreseen the future of β-1,3- glucanase and chtinase in tropical fruits preservation against the post- harvest biological diseases on storage.
