流动注射分析仪测定水和废水中的总磷

Determination of total phosphorus in water and waste water by flow injection analyser

本文通过使用流动注射分析仪测定水和废水中的总磷来介绍流动注射分析仪在水质分析领域的应用。实验结果表明,标样测定值均在保证值范围之内,方法的相对标准差在1%～3%之间,检出限为0.003mg/L,加标回收率在98%～104%之间,方法的精密度及准确度均较好,可用于地表水及悬浮物含量较少的废水样品的分析。

Application of flow injection analyser for determination of total phosphorus in water and waste water are described. The results show that the mesurement data of phosphorus in standard samples are within the specified range. The RSD is 1%-3% with detection limit of 0. 003 mg/L. The recovery of standard addition is 98%-104%. The method is suitable to analyze phosphorus in surface water and waste water with low content of suspensions.
