摘要
目的:建立环香酮滴眼液龙胆苦苷含量测定方法。方法:HPLC采用YMC C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm),流动相为甲醇.水(30:70),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:龙胆苦苷在0.808～4.040μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.95%,RSD为1.64%;测得平均含量为12.63 mg/瓶。结论:该方法重现性好,准确度高,可作为环香酮滴眼液定量分析方法。
Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determining gentioroside in Huanxiangtong eye drops. Methods：The samples were analyzed by HPLC using a YMC C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（30： 70）at the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 245 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results： A good linearity of gentioroside was obtained within the range of 0. 808 -4.040μg（r =0.999 7）. The average recovery was 99.95% and the RSD was 1.64% ,the average recovery was 12.63 mg/drop by HPLC. Conclusion： The method is simple, reproducible, accurate, therefore it can be used for the quality control of Huanxiangtong eye drops.
