不同温度条件下三角新小卷蛾实验种群生命表 被引量:5

摘要 在16、20、24、28和32℃5个温度条件下,观察温度对三角新小卷蛾(Olethreutes leucaspis Meyrick)各虫态生长、发育及存活的影响,组建三角新小卷蛾实验种群生命表。结果表明,在16~28℃条件下,三角新小卷蛾各虫态及世代生活历期随着温度的升高而缩短。卵期、幼虫期、蛹期、成虫期及世代的发育起点温度分别为4.92、3.91、8.54、11.14和4.30℃,有效积温分别为55.8、194.4、167.7、49.9和544.9日度。卵孵化率都在92%以上。内禀增长力(rm)均大于0,种群趋势指数(I)均大于1,在16~32℃温度下该虫种群呈增长趋势。三角新小卷蛾发育适宜温度为24~28℃。 Experimental population of Olethreutes leucaspis Meyrick was observed in terms of development and mortality under different temperatures, 16 ℃,20 ℃,24 ℃,28 ℃ or 32℃, based on which its life table was set up. The results showed that the developmental rate increased with the temperature from 16 ℃to 28 ℃ .The threshold temperatures for the development of egg, larva, pupa and adult and a generation of the O. leucaspis Meyrick were 4.92 ℃ ,3.91 ℃, 8.54 ℃,11.14 ℃ and 4.30 ℃,respectively and the effective cumulative temperatures were 55.8 degree day, 194.4 degree day, 167.7 degree day, 49.9 degree day,544.9 degree day, respectively. The egg hatching rates were all above 92 %. The innate capacity of natural increase (rm) was higher than O, and the population trend index was higher than 1. The population of O. leucaspis Meyrick increased at the temperatures from 16 ℃ to 32℃. The suitable temperatures for development of O. leucaspis Meyrick were found to be between 24 ℃ and 28 ℃.
