Moving"Made in China"to Germany

In May 2007,Pang Yuliang,a businessman from Henan province,purchased Germany's Schwerin-Parchim Airport with 100 million euros.The move sparked much criticism in Germany and was seen as the first step for Chinese enterprise entering into the German market. China's manufacturing industry in Germany has three phases:during the first phase(2002-2003),Sha-Steel moved a steel factory from Kluber to Zhang Jiagang;Yanzhou Coal Mining company amputated Kaiserstuhl, Germany's largest coke plant,and brought them back to China.In the second phase (2004-2007),Chinese enterprises no longer brought German factories home,but purchased and controlled German enterprises,while pushing forward localization strategy and reallocation of resources.It was particularly common in Germany's machine tool industry. Pang represented the third phase:building industry parks in developed countries and bringing in Chinese manufacturing enterprises and, then, labeling the products'made in Germany'.It is a bold move.However,will it become the optimal model for China-made products to survive in Germany?
