农村文化建设的难点不仅在于公共文化服务体系的不足。事实上,公共文化服务体系建设主要针对的是农村基础文化设施的匮乏,但除此之外,农村文化的发展在其他方面也面临着诸多难题。农村文化建设是一项长期而艰巨的任务,需要政府和民间社会的共同努力。
