摘要
高校图书馆人员结构存在如下缺失:非专业化、学历职称偏低、性别比例失衡。高校图书馆应采取将高学历、高职称、高"情商"等高素质人员向流通部门倾斜和借助"背景"力量突出"形象"等短期补救策略,更应采取鼓励职工终身学习、不断提高职称、学历和完善规章制度、奖优罚劣、促使员工与时俱进等长期补救策略,而且两种策略要相互配合。
There are problems in the personnel structure of college libraries, e.g. non-specialization, low academic degrees and professional titles, sex imbalance and so on. In order to solve the problems, the library should not only take some short-term strategies such as employing high-quality personnel with high academic levels, high professional titles, and high EQ in the circulation department so as to promote the image through employees' background, but also implement long-term strategies such as encouraging staff training to raise the academic level, perfecting rules and regulations, rewarding merits and punishing wrong-doing to help staff progress. These two types of strategies should be combined.
