摘要
焊丝层绕机是焊丝生产的关键设备之一,其控制的好坏直接影响到焊丝的质量。目前的层绕机多采用零度角排线,可靠性低。采用角度控制的排线系统实现了自动层绕与平稳换向。角度传感器和数字交流伺服电机的组合实现了恒角度与变角度的排线控制。实践表明提高了机器的层绕质量和生产效率,角度检测的分辨率为0.09°。
The welding wire winder is one of the most important devices in the production of welding wire. The welding wire quality will be affected by the control of welding wire winder. The existing devices arrange wire under 0 degrees, so its reliability is not high, The automatic winding by layer and smooth reversing are realized in welding wire winder based-on angle control. The combination of angle sensor and digital alternating servo motor works out the arranging wire of constant and variable angle. The actual results show that the performance and efficiencv are promoted. The highest resolution in ranze is 0.09 degrees.
