摘要
传统测量仪器功能单一,多功能虚拟仪器是现代仪器技术的发展方向。利用LabVIEW并结合数据采集系统设计了多功能相位测量仪。该仪器以测量正弦波、三角波、方波和锯齿波多种波形的相位差为基本功能,具备了测量信号频率,显示信号波形、幅频和相频谱图,产生标准信号等功能,体现了虚拟仪器高集成度、一机多用的特点。
It's the trend of modem instrument technology to develop muhifunction virtual instrument on account of the simple function of traditional equipment. Based on LabVIEW and data capture system, the article is to explore the design and the application of muhifunction phase measurement instrument. The basic function of the instrument is to scale the phase difference of sine wave, triangle wave, square wave and saw-tooth wave. Also, it can be used to measure the signal frequency, to indicate the signal wave, amplitude frequency and phase spectrograph, to produce standard signal and so on. Therefore, it has the characteristics of high-integra- tion and muhifunction.
