摘要 随着PCB设计越来越复杂,设计周期越来越短,信号完整性仿真分析正变得越来越重要。本文简介了信号完整性针对的基本问题,介绍了基于信号完整性仿真分析的高速PCB设计方法,并结合一个高速PCB设计案例,给出仿真分析的流程和分析结果。 Day by day PCB design is getting complicated, and product cycles are shrinking, makes SI simulation of PCB more and more important. This paper presents some basic questions of SI simulation, introduces the design methodology based on SI simulation. Last the design flow and simulation results of a high speed PCB design instance is presented.
