摘要 提出了采用红外成像技术进行储罐液位检测的新方法,根据储罐内气液相的温度差检测出气液界面进而获得液层高度。该方法操作简单方便,可以实现非接触测量,克服了人工检测方法劳动强度大、测量结果不准确的缺点,具有广泛的推广应用前景。 An infrared imaging method was proposed to detect the liquid level of oil tank. In the tank, the temperature difference between the liquid and the gas make it possible to obtain the gasliquid interface from the thermal image, and then the liquid level can be determined easily. Compared with traditional liquid level measurement method, the infrared thermography technology is a non-intrusive method and will be widely used in the future.
