摘要
本文通过改变分散剂与氯化钡的比率R,考察反应体系的粘度及硫酸钡平均粒径随R变化情况,并依据体系粘度和硫酸钡平均粒径的变化,从微观混合作用及PEG和乙醇对硫酸钡的分散作用两方面考察PEG和乙醇对硫酸钡的分散效果。实验数据表明,乙醇对超细硫酸钡粉体有较好的分散效果。
Through changing the ratio of barium chloride to dispersants, the changes of particle size and viscousity with the ratio are given. Based on experimental result, The effect of polyethylene glycol and ethanol on barium sulfate supersmall powder was studied from micromixing and The effect of polyethylene glycol and ethanol on barium sulfate supersmall powder. Results show proper ethanol is effective to restrain the growth of the crystal.
