摘要
阐述了抗干扰技术在数控机床中的应用,从屏蔽(包括电场屏蔽,磁场屏蔽和电磁场屏蔽)、正确步线方式、减小供电线路干扰、保证良好接地四个方面排除干扰造成的数控系统"软"故障,上面四种方法是排除"软"故障行之有效的方法。
This paper elaborated anti-interference technology in application of numerical control system, and eliminate the soft malfunction by ways of shielding (including the electric field, the magnetic field is shielded and shielded with the electric magnetic field), correct step line way, reduce line interference of supplying power, guarantee good earthing explain. The four ways mentioned above are the effective method for eliminating the soft malfunction.
