摘要
高速切削是一种新兴的先进制造技术,同时也面临着设备昂贵的投资风险。针对高速切削技术的评价与决策问题,首先,从技术、经济、社会三维尺度建立了评价指标体系,运用粗糙集理论、模糊综合评判、TOPSIS方法和灰色关联分析四种方法建立了评价模型。对高速铣削、数控铣削、普通铣削三种可供选择的加工方式进行分析比较,并以一个典型零件作为评价实例。最后,运用VB6.0及所提供的工具设计了工艺决策分析软件,为切削加工工艺方案的评价与决策提供了一种新的方法。
High-speed milling(HSM) is a rising advanced technology which however faced a investment risk because of the high equipment cost. Aimed at the evaluation and decision - making of HSM, this paper established a evaluation index system according to 3 D scale, technology, economy and society, and evaluation models using four methods including rough set theory, fuzzy synthetic evaluation, TOPSIS evaluation method and gray relative analysis method. Choosing a typical part as sample, we analyzed and compared three optional machining methods, high speed milling, CNC milling and conventional milling, with these evaluation models.At last, a process decision - analysis software was developed by VB6.0, which offered a new, reasonable, celerity method for process evaluation and decision-making.
