摘要
1990年以来,台湾在大陆投资迅速增加,并成为其对外投资的主要地区。本文在分析台湾大陆投资的发展趋势与产业分布的基础上,从理论与实证的角度分析台湾大陆投资与其产业结构调整的关系,认为台湾在大陆投资的增加与其产业结构调整的要求有着必然的联系。台湾对大陆投资的增加有利于台湾产业结构调整与升级。
Taiwan＇ s investment in China's Mainland has been rapidly increasing and China's Mainland has become the main district of Taiwan＇s outward investment since 1990. Based on an investigation of the investment trend and the industry distribution, this paper presents an empirical analysis of the relationship between Taiwan＇ s investment in China's Mainland and the adjustment of its industrial structure and it is concluded that there is correlation between them. Taiwan＇ s increasing investment in China's Mainland facilitates Taiwan＇ s adjustment of industrial structure.
