中国网络虚拟货币发展现状分析

Analysis on the development of network virtual money in China

随着互联网的兴起和发展,网络虚拟货币作为一种新的交易媒介和支付方式形式层出不穷,使用日益广泛。本文尝试对于网络虚拟货币现象进行剖析,首先介绍中国当前网络虚拟货币现状,然后分析虚拟货币的本质特性和其产生与存在的原因以及当前网络虚拟货币体系存在的问题,最后给出一些政策建议。本文认为虚拟货币本质上是在一定范围内具有货币交易媒介职能的商品,其不会对现行金融体制产生冲击,但是会对实体经济产生影响。

As the rapid development of the Internet, virtual money has become more widely used as a new exchange medium and payment on the Internet. This paper tries to analyze the phenomenon of virtual currency. First, the status quo of virtual money in China is introduced. Followed by an analysis of its fundamental properties and the reasons why virtual money arises in China. After illustrating two problems about virtual money, we give some policy suggestions. We consider that virtual money on the Internet is not money essentially but a commodity which undertakes functions of money. Though the virtual money will not impact the current finance system, it does exert some effects to the real life.
