摘要
本文针对大学生是网络违法的高发群体,通过实证调查的方法,对大学生网络违法行为的特点和类型进行分析,探寻预防规制的方法,由此促进大学生安全、规范地使用网络。
A high frequency of network offense takes place among colleges. An empirical survey of the characteristics and classification of college students＇ network offense is conducted for the purpose of exploring a preventative regulation and therefore guides college students to utilize the Interact in a safe environment in a legal way.
