摘要 随着兽药在畜牧生产的广泛应用以及人们对食品安全的要求,检测动物源性食品的兽药残留分析技术已成为迫切需求并取得较大的发展,作者通过对该技术的综述,旨在较深入了解兽药残留检测样品分离纯化技术及确证技术的现状和发展趋势。
