摘要
用偏双体分布函数给出了化学短程序的定义和化学短程序参量的表述式,用偏约化径向分布函数讨论了化学短程序变化的动力学特性,从而闸明了类金属B影响居里温度Tc的原因;B原子含量的变化影响非晶态Fe_(100-x)B_x合金中异类原子共价键和同类原子金属键的形成;这两种键是化学短程序变化的驱动力;化学短程序的变化促使Tc的变化。
In this paper,we are the first to introduce part pair distribution function g(r)
and part reduced ratial distribution function G(r) ;We consider not that it is Random distribution that distribution of atoms in Fe and B in amorphous Fe100-x Bx alloy ,it is a statistcal distribution; according to this distribution,difinition of chemical short-range order is given by us. Immediately, We gave mathematical expression of parameter of chemical short-range order by part pair distribution function g(r);and discussing dynamic properties of change of chemical short-range order by part reduced ratial distribution G(r) ,thus expounding cause for the influence of metalloid B on Curie temerature Tc: The infulence of change of content of metalliod B atoms on constitutiion of the convalent bond of unlike atoms and metallic bond of like atoms in amorphous Fe100-x Bx alloy-This both bond are driving force of change of chemical short-range order, change of chemical short-range order impelled change of curie temperature Tc.
