摘要
以硅酸铝纤维、莫来石纤维等人造纤维代替石棉,制备了新型的代石棉水泥电气绝缘材料,采用SEM技术分析材料的显微结构,并探讨了纤维的种类及含量等因素对材料力学性能的影响。
Artificial fibres, both aluminosilicate fibre and mullite fibre have been used
as asbestos replacements in electric-insulating cement-based materials,and a novel no-asbestos fibre reinforcing electric-insulating material has been prepared. The micro-structure of the material has been analyzed with SEM technique,and the effects of fibre kinds and contents,etc on mechan-ics properties are discussed.
