摘要 N机械厂的管理者在处理与中层干部的关系时,由于高层领导权力发挥作用不当,从而阻塞了不同管理阶层间的信息沟通渠道,表现出的问题主要有:组织利益蜕化为领导权威;阻塞了管理者与员工的沟通渠道;权力制约失衡导致组织内部矛盾隐性化;不合理的管理者假设导致定式协调无效。权力制衡的互动考核模式对于调动所有员工的积极性和促进企业的高效发展是十分必要的,可行的策略包括:建立员工考核中高管理层的评价制度以完善信心沟通渠道;完善权力制衡制度以形成高效的企业决策模式。 In dealing with the middle-level cadres, the top leaders from N machinery factory clog the channel for information exchange because of their malfunctioning of rights. In this case, the organization interest is displaced by leader's authority; the communication channel between manager and employee is choked; the contradiction inside organization is concealed because of right imbalance; improper supposition results in the coordinative inefficiency. It is therefore necessary to carry out the interactive assessment model based on right restriction so as to inspire employee's enthusiasm and enterprise's developing efficiency. The feasible strategy is composed of improving information communicative channel by building the system for employee to examine the top and middle-level cadres, and perfecting the right restriction system to shape high efficient decision-making model.
