促进工业园区产业生态网络进化的对策研究

Policy Study on Stimulating the Evolutionary Process of EIN in Industrial Zone

工业园区产业生态网络的不断进化能够更加有效地促进工业园区环境、经济的可持续发展。在回顾产业生态网络及其进化的相关研究成果的基础上,采用探测性因子分析识别出系统开放、网络柔性、要素均衡和价值增值是产业生态网络进化的关键变化因子,从而有针对性地提出促进产业生态网络进化的对策措施。

Continuous evolution of eco industrial networks （EIN） in the industrial zones can stimulate the sustainable development of the environment and economy. The literature related to the evolutionary factors was overviewed. The systematical openness, network flexibility, elementary balance and value increment were extracted using factor analysis, which are the key factors of Eco-industrial networks＇ evolutionary performance. Countermeasures of facilitating the development of EIN are also proposed.
