玻璃化冷冻技术的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 玻璃化冷冻技术是一种快速冷冻细胞或组织的方法,随着辅助生殖技术的发展而受到广泛关注。该项技术具有冷冻速度快、冻融损伤小,操作简单等优点,能够提高冷冻复苏后的存活率和妊娠成功率。玻璃化冷冻技术在临床应用中主要受到冷冻保护剂的类型和浓度、冷冻温度、冷冻速度及冷冻承载工具等一系列因素的影响。由于冷冻对象的不同,所实施的具体方法也不尽相同。该技术目前尚未成熟,如何优化人卵母细胞、胚胎及卵巢组织的玻璃化冷冻方案仍需要进行深入的研究。
