脐血间充质干细胞移植对脑性瘫痪儿童神经系统功能的影响:20例分析 被引量:20

摘要 回顾性分析2005-11/2006-12广东医学院附属南山医院收治的采用脐血间充质干细胞移植治疗的20例脑性瘫痪患儿的临床资料。应用脐血间充质干细胞鞘内注入的治疗方法,1次/周。治疗4周后患儿的粗大运动功能中卧位与翻身、坐位、行走与跑跳功能及小腿三头肌肌张力均得到明显改善。 To retrospectively analyze clinical data of 20 cerebral palsy children patients undergoing umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cell (UCB-MSC) transplantation at the Nanshan Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical College from November 2005 to December 2006. UCB-MSCs were infused in the sheath, once a week. Four weeks later, decubitus position, turning the body over, sitting position, walking, running and jumping in the gross motor function as well as muscular tension of triceps surae muscle are significantly improved.
