银屑病治疗不当致重金属中毒16例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 16 Cases of Heavy Metals Poisoning Due to Improper Treatment of Psoriasis

目的了解银屑病治疗不当导致重金属中毒的临床特点。方法分析总结本院16例因银屑病治疗不当导致重金属中毒的临床资料和治疗方法。结果16例患者中,砷中毒7例,汞中毒5例,铅中毒3例,铅中毒合并砷中毒1例。重金属中毒的临床表现及毒物化学检测结果都有其特异性。早期诊断和特效解毒剂治疗,多数患者能取得良好疗效。结论对银屑病进行规范治疗,避免治疗误区,对防止病人受到医源性损害有重要意义。

Objective To obtain a better understanding of the clinical features of heavy metals poisoning due to improper treatment of psoriasis with Traditional Chinese Medicines. Methods The clinical features and therapy of 16 cases of this disease, diagnosed in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital were analyzed. Results Among 16 cases, seven of arsenic poisoning, five of mercury poisoning, three of lead poisoning and one of lead poisoning associated arsenic poisoning were investigated. The clinical presentations, toxic chemical test findings were all unique. The early diagnosis and effect toxicide were crucial for the treatment of this disease. Conclusions Standard treatment and correct dispose of psoriasis are essential to preventing iatrogenic damage induced by Traditional Chinese Medicines.
