Clinical Analysis of 45 Cases of Adult Still's disease

摘要 目的加深对成人Stills病(AOSD)的认识,并初步探讨血清铁蛋白对AOSD的临床指导意义。方法回顾分析45例AOSD患者的临床资料。结果AOSD以女性发病为主,发热、皮疹和关节痛为最常见的临床表现;急性期血清铁蛋白明显升高,且与疾病的活动性有一定关系;治疗多选用激素和免疫抑制剂,预后相对较好。结论AOSD为一种病因不明的可系统性受累的自身免疫病,血清铁蛋白可能作为新的疾病活动度判定指标。
