摘要
经过十多年的迅猛发展,重庆零售业在规模、市场结构、业态分布等方面都取得了很大的突破,但仍存在网点分布不均,与其他产业间关联度不高,业态分布不合理,组织化信息化程度低,缺乏特色经营和规模效益不明显等问题。面对新的竞争环境,重庆零售业必须及时转变观念,提升零售业与其他产业间的关联度,调整市场结构,选择合适的经营业态,降低物流成本,实施连锁经营,开发自有品牌,强化特色经营以及加强成渝合作,才能获得新的生存和发展空间。
With more than ten years'rapid development, Chongqing's retail trade has made great breakthrough in dimension, marketing structure, industrial distribution, and so on. However, the problems still exist, such as the poor distribution of marketing nodes, weak connections with other industries, irrational industrial distribution, low level of organization and informationization, lack of characteristic management and poor economics of scale. Confronted with the new competitive environment, Chongqings retail trade must change the idea in time, advance the connections with other industries, adjust the marketing structure, select appropriate managing trade, reduce the cost of distribution, carry out the chain operation, explore own brand, strengthen characteristic management, and strengthen the cooperation between Chongqing and Chengdu, and then it can get new space for its survival and development.
