Treatment of dislocation of hip joint in infants with improved hip spica cast fixation after manipulative reduction

目的探讨婴幼儿髋关节脱位的治疗方法。方法对21例婴幼儿髋关节脱位行内收肌切断、股骨髁上骨牵引,手法复位后采用改良人位石膏固定。结果21例全部治愈,无股骨头坏死,无跛行。结论手法复位改良人位石膏固定治疗婴幼儿髋关节脱位,方法可靠、简单易行。

Objective To explore the treatment of dislocation of hip joint in infants. Methods Twenty-one in- fants with dislocation of hip joint were treated with cut-off adductor and above condyles of femur skeletal traction then applied with improved hip spica cast fixation after manipulative reduction. Results Twenty - one infants were all cured,without caput femoris necrosis and lameness. Conclusions It is a better way to cure dislocation of hip joint in infant with improved hip spiea cast fixation after manipulative reduction.
