摘要
VXI总线微波频谱分析仪模块,采用的是超外差模式。由于本振信号泄漏等原因,会产生零频信号,它会对低频信号的测试产生影响。因此在该模块中加入了零频抑制电路,以降低零频信号的幅度,减小其对低频信号测试产生的影响。
In the VXI microwave spectrum analyzer, we adopt the mode of superheterodyne. But because of the leak of the LO frequency, it will produce the 0Hz frequency. And because of its existence, it will bring the infection when we measure the lower frequency that closed to 0Hz. So we add the circuit to restrain the frequency of the 0Hz.
