阿德福韦联合大黄虫丸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效观察

Adefovir Dipivoxil Combined with Dahuangzhechong Pill in the Treatment of Cirrhosis Secondary to Hepatic B

目的观察阿德福韦酯联合大黄虫丸治疗活动性乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法将45例活动性乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期(child-pugh积分≤7分)患者随机分为两组,对照组22例应用阿德福韦酯,治疗组23例应用阿德福韦酯和大黄虫丸;比较两组血清HBV-DNA、门静脉宽度、脾脏平均厚度、肝功能积分、血清转氨酶水平、肝纤维化指标等改善情况。结果治疗组肝纤维化指标明显降低,门静脉平均宽度及脾脏平均厚度减小,与对照组相比差异显著;两组血清HBV-DNA阴转率相似;治疗组转氨酶复常率高于对照组。结论大黄虫丸联合阿德福韦酯治疗活动性乙型肝炎肝硬化能更好控制肝炎活动,阻止肝硬化进展。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Adefovir dipivoxil combined with Dahuangzhechong Pill in the treatment of the patients with cirrhosis secondary to active hepatitis B.Methods：45 patients with compensated cirrhosis secondary to active hepatitis B（child-pughintegral≤7＇） were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（involved 22 cases） treated with Adedovir dipivoxil and the treatment group（involved 23 cases） was given Adefovir dipivoxil combined with Dahuangzhechong Pill.Changes in the serum level of HBV-DNA,transaminoase,liver fibrosis indexes and child-pugh integral were compared with each other and inner diameter of portal vein as well as thickness of the spleen were measured by B ultrasonography before and after treatment.Results：Serum liver fibrosis parameters in treatment group declined significantly than that in control group.The inner diameter of portal vein and thickness of the spleen were averagely decreased in treatment group.There was significant difference with that in control group after treatment.Negative conversion rates of HBV-DNA were similar between the two groups.Normalization rates of transaminoase of treatment group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion：Adedovir dipivoxil combined with Dahuangzhechong Pill can better control the hepatitis activity and prenvent the development of liver cirrhosis.
