缺血性进展型卒中与缺血性卒中各辨证分型关系的研究

The Study on the Relationship between Stroke in Progress and the Different Syndrome Type of Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨缺血性进展型卒中与缺血性卒中各个辨证分型之间的关系,以进一步研究缺血性进展型卒中的辨证分型与缺血性卒中的辨证分型的差异,为从中医治疗方面预防缺血性进展型卒中提供科学依据。方法观察脑梗死患者427例,其中进展型卒中136例,非进展型卒中291例。结果两组间中医辨证分型中辨证为火热证者二者差异显著。结论中风火热证者极易演进为进展型卒中。中医辨证分型对预测卒中的进展具有一定的意义,可进一步指导中医药对于进展型卒中的防治。

Objective：To explore the relationship between stroke in progress and the different syndrome type of ischemic stroke,further study the difference between the different syndrome type of stroke in progress and ischemic stroke,and provide a scientific method for treating stroke in progress from TCM.Methods：427 patients with ischemic stroke were observed,136 patients were chosen as patients with stroke in progress and 291 patients were chosen as patients with non-stroke in progress according to various selected criteria.Results：There were significant differences between two groups with heat and fire syndrome.Conclusion：Patients with heat and fire syndrome of ischemic stroke were more dangerous to become stroke in progress,the study on the different syndrome type of ischemic stroke may be helpful to forecast the progress of stroke and can provide a scientific method for treating stroke in progress from TCM.
