摘要 本文论述了调温织物的发展历程,进而阐述了温度调节纤维所使用的核心物质即相变材料的相变机理,相变材料具有的特点,影响含有微胶囊包裹的相变材料调节温度有效性的因素,纤维用相变材料的选择条件,温度调节纤维的制法(复合纺丝法.中空纤维填充法.微胶囊法.纳米胶囊相变材料法),以及介绍了温度调节纤维的典型代表Outlast纤维的调温原理和特点,以及Outlast纤维加工过程中出现的问题,最后阐述了温度调节纤维及其织物的应用,展望了今后的研究和发展方向。 This text overview the development of temperature-regulated fibres then elaborate include mechanism, the Characteristics that the material has , the influence factors on the microencapsulate phase-change material to regulate temperature, the choice uses condition of phase-change material, the temperature- regulated fiber and its method for making ( the method of compound spin,, the method of follow fiber fills , the method of microencapsulate The method of nano- microencapsulate, and introduce the typical representative of temperature regulated fibres , that is Outlast fibre,.which include adjusting principle and characteristics, furthermore , present some problems in the process of Outlast mixture fibres , finally relate the application of temperature regulated fiber and its fabric, and prospect the direction of research and development in future .
