摘要
介绍一种新的铁精矿的加工方法,即改变传统的热加工工序,将铁精矿制成生散状料或生球团矿直接入高炉炼铁。实践证明,采用本法炼铁,炉况稳定顺行。与现有技术相比,节省能耗150kg标准煤/t,成本降低10%左右,节省烧结厂人力和投资,占地少,无污染。
A new processing method of iron concentrate is introduced,it has changed the traditional heating procedure:making iron concentrate into unburned bulk material of fresh pellet and charging them into BF directly.The practice proves that operation of BF is smooth and stable by the ironmaking method.Compared with the existing technology,the energy is saved:about 150kg standard coal/t.The cost is reduced by about 10%,saving sin tering manpower and investment.Its occupied area and degree of pollution are small as well.
