摘要
钢水的凝固过程是晶核的形成及长大过程,而晶核的形成则依靠钢水的过冷度和钢水中的固体质点。介绍了连铸坯在凝固过程中的形核条件及其影响因素,并从理论上探讨了晶核形成机理。
The solidification process of liquid steel is forming and growing pro cess of crystal nucleus,and formation of crystal nucleus depends on overcooling degree and solid particles in liquid steel.The forming conditions and affecting factors of contin uous cast slab and billet during solidification process are introduced and the mechanism of formation of crystal nucleus is theoretically approached.
