阳周——正宁古城考察研究

Studies on Ancient Yangzhou—Zhengning County Today

西汉阳周县的基本范围在今正宁县一带,其治所不在正宁永政乡东,也不在陕北绥德县境内,而本来就在正宁罗川。因此,罗川古城是庆阳境内设县最早、延续时间最长的县治。这里山青水秀,土地肥沃,交通便利,与关中仅仅一河之隔,是庆阳地区最为直接地受中原文明影响的区域,也是古代历史上庆阳农业经济最为发达的地区之一,具有巨大的历史、人文和经济价值。因此,是甘肃省和庆阳市开发旅游文化的宝贵资源,应当着力予以开发。

Yangzhou County of the Western Han Dynasty was situated in the territory of Zhengning County today. The county seat was neither in the eastern part of Yongzheng Township today nor in SuixJan County of Shaanxi province, but in Luochuan of Zhengning. Therefore, the ancient town of Luochuan was the earliest county in Qingyang. Being directly affected by Zhongyuan culture--the most advanced civ- ilization at that time, it was the most developed county in agricultural economy. With beautiful scenery, fertile land, convenient traffic, and lying on the opposite side of Guanzhong plain, the ancient town has great value in history, culture and economy. Because of this, attention should be given to this potential tourist spot and efforts should be made to develop its resources.
