摘要
微格评价是以促进教师专业发展为目的的一种评价制度。运用微格评价法的步骤是:被评者组内说课.谈自己的教学设计思路;组内对其说课稿进行微格评点;被评者校内开课,拍成录像,听课教师和学生指出开课者的优缺点;教研组内进行微格分析评价;被评者写出教学反思。要做到微格评价和教学反思的有效整合,必须提高评价者的素养,摒弃评价的盲目量化,强调群体合作和及时反思。
Micro-evaluation is an evaluation system for the purpose to promote professional development of teachers. The steps of micro-evaluation include: teacher talking lesson and their own design ideas in group; evaluating by other teachers in group; teacher having lesson in school and making the lesson into a video; teachers and students in classes pointing out the advantages and disadvantages; micro-analysis and evaluation within the group; teacher writing teaching reflection. To achieve the effective integration of micro-evaluation with teaching reflect, schools must enhance the quality of evaluators, abandon the blind quantity of evaluation and stress group cooperation and timely reflection.
