摘要
在300L气升式反应器中,用欧文氏工程菌Ecc13B-1,以工业蔗糖为碳源,采用流加补料方式,进行高密度培养生产PHB实验培养时间25h,最大干细胞浓度达4395g/L。
Experiment was successfully carried out to produce poly β hydroxybutyric acid(PHB)by fed-batch culture of recombinant Erwinia carotovora Fermentation was performed for 25 h in a 300 L air-lift bioreactor using industrial sucrose as carbon source The maximum dry cell weight was 43 95 g/L,PHB content was 50 02% The air-lift bioreactor showed the suitability for large scale high cell density fermentation in producing PHB
