摘要 针对摆线旋转分度(旋分)加工数控机床开发过程中面临的机床通用性较差的问题,提出建立通用控制模型的解决方案,并给出三类通用模型。在给出摆线旋分加工定义以及摆线参数化数学描述的基础上,研究摆线参数与摆线形状之间的关系,即摆线参数与刀尖轨迹的关系。根据摆线形状和各类工件加工表面的特点将工件分为三类,即偶多边形和端面槽类、奇多边形类以及渐开线类。针对每一类工件分别建立数学模型,并将所建模型集成到数控系统中,使摆线旋分加工机床具有一定的通用性。通过加工实例对所建模型加以验证,结果表明所建立的控制模型是有效的。 A solution of establishing the universal model is proposed to overcome the disadvantages of cycloid rotational indexing CNC machine tool, in which three sorts of universal model are brought forward. Based on the given definition of cycloid rotational indexing machining and mathematic description of cycloid, the relation between cycloid parameters and cycloid trails, i.e. the relation between cycloid parameters and the track of the knifepoint, is studied. According to the cycloid trails and the characteristics of various shapes to be machined, the workpiece is divided into three sorts, i.e. even polygon, and end-face groove, odd polygon and involute. Mathematical models are established for every sort respectively, and are integrated into numerical control system of the machine, so that certain universality is embedded into the machine. The validation of the developed models is proved through machining the sample parts.
