摘要
以乙醇精馏过程为控制对象,采用欧姆龙公司CS1PLC及其内置回路控制板与模拟量单元构建过程控制系统,利用CX—Process Tool软件完成模块流程图组态后下载到回路控制板中运行,实现了对精馏塔温度、液位及流量的自动控制。实践结果表明,该系统满足了连续精馏过程的控制要求,PLC回路控制技术为过程控制提供了一种新方法。
Process control system consisting of loop control board inserted in OMRON' s CS1 PLC and analog units is established and used to control ethanol rectification. Furthermore, module flow charts are developed by CX-Process Tool and download to LCB to control temperature, level and flux of rectification tower. Finally practice proves that loop control system based on PLC meets all need for continuous rectification process.
