摘要
对GH132的改型合金GH871涡轮盘件在接近使用条件下的力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,与GH132合金盘件相比较,GH871合金显著提高盘件拉伸强度、持久强度及疲劳蠕变交互作用条件下的断裂寿命,降低稳态蠕变速率,但持久塑性有所下降,裂纹扩展速率较快。
The mechanical properties of superalloy GH871 modified from GH132 (A-286) under nearly service conditions have been studied. The alloy GH871 had a higher tensile rupture strength, a higher rupture life under fatigue-creep mutual effect, and a lower steady-state creep rate at elevated temperature than that the alloy GH132. However the alloy GH871 revealed a lower stress rupture ductility and a faster crack growth rate (CGR) than that of alloy GH132.
