维持性血液透析患者左室异常的危险因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着血液净化技术的普及和提高,终末期肾病患者的短期存活率有显著提高,但长期生存率仍然较低,心血管疾病是导致终末期肾功能衰竭患者死亡的重要原因之一。国内外研究表明,尿毒症患者普遍存在的左室结构和功能异常与患者的预后密切相关,但与预后相关的危险因素分析报道甚少。本研究采用超声心动图诊断技术,寻找左室肥厚,以及收缩和舒张功能不全的主要影响因素,以便对临床实践有所启发,现报道如下。
