家兔肝纤维化模型的建立以及血清学与肝纤维化的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清学指标HA、PⅢP、LN、Ⅳ-C与肝纤维化程度的关系。方法选取42只普通级家兔,建立家兔肝纤维化模型,然后进行肝纤维化血清学检查。同时取肝脏做病理学检查。数据处理应用SPSS11.0统计分析软件中的单因素方差分析进行分析,P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果病理学检查分别获得轻、中、重度组肝纤维化模型,肝纤维化血清学分析结果为HA具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在血清学检查中,以HA判断肝纤维化程度的价值较高,PⅢP、LN、Ⅳ-C的诊断价值在本试验中未得到证实。 Objective To study the relationship between serum levels of HA ,Pm P, LN, Ⅳ - C and stages of hepatic fibrosis. Methods There were 42 rabbits involved in this study, Carbon tetraehloride was injected intraperitoneally to make the model of rabbit liver fibrosis, then the changes of hepatic pathology and serum markers were observed respectively. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 11,0 statistical software. One - Way analysis of variance was used to compare every rank data respectively. P 〈 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results Light degree middle degree and heavy degnee model of hepatic fibrosis were obtained after the specimens of livers for pathological study Among the four kinds of paremeters abore ,Only HA was statistical significant difference in serology. Conclusion HA is the best for diagnosis of liver fibrosis in the four serum markers investigated The significance of P Ⅲ P ,LN, Ⅳ -C for diagnostic use has not been confirmed by this study.
