摘要
目的探讨心电图平板运动试验在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法以冠状动脉造影的检测结果为标准,对51例同期内(间隔<2周)接受平板运动试验检查的患者临床结果进行比较分析。结果平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感性为75%(24/32),特异性57.9%(11/19),准确性68.6%(35/51)。其中多支病变平板运动试验阳性率较单支病变高(P<0.05),女性平板运动试验假阳性率高于男性(P<0.05)。结论平板运动试验是一项费用低、操作简单、无创的诊断冠心病的检查方法。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of exercise electro cardiographic testing （EET）in coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Using the outcome of coronary angiography （CAG）as criteria,51 patients were examined by CAG and EET. The interval between two procedures was less than two weeks. The CAG data were compared with that of EET. Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy rate of EET in the diagnosis of CHD was 75% （24/32） ,57.9% （11/19） ,68.6% （ 35/51 ） respectively. The positive rate of multi - vessel disease of EET was higher than that of one - vessel disease （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The false positive rate of the female with EET were higher than that of the male （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion EET is an economic, practical, and non- invasive exam method in diagnosis of CHD.
