摘要
提出了省级电力遥视系统的三级体系构架,并分析了系统的主要功能。采用两台主机分别采集视频信息和动力环境信号;通过安装插件和采用IEC104规约解决子站不同类型主机接入主站的问题;研发了分布式级联流媒体服务器集群技术以解决视频流的多级转发和负载均衡问题,并讨论了系统的数据传输过程。遥视系统具有运行监控和安全防范两大功能,是无人值班变电站的基础性系统。
This paper introduces the three-structure truss and the function of provincial tele-video system. Two host computers process video signals and power environment signals severally. The system fixes plug-ins and uese IEC104 communication protocol to solve a problem-the station access issue of different types of hosts in substation. It also researches the distributed cascade streaming media server cluster technology and use it to solve the issues of video streaming ulti-transmltting and load balancing. The tele-video system has two functions, operating monitoring and security precaution, is the basic system of unattended substation.
