摘要
对河东金矿废水的水质和水量进行了调查,查明了河东金矿废水的种类和流量,对不同废水水质进行了分析。用河东金矿的矿石试样,在实验室研究了不同种类的废水对河东金矿浮选过程的影响,查明了不同废水的影响程度。对有影响的废水用重力沉降法进行处理,得出了三种废水的沉降曲线,并用沉降后的水再进行浮选试验,结果表明,经沉降除去废水中的悬浮物后基本可以消除对浮选过程的影响。按沉降曲线设计了井下水和精矿水的沉淀池,按设计的沉淀池施工运行后可以使河东金矿的废水得到充分的利用,同时也可以使河东金矿不再向环境排放废水,是一项既有经济效益又有环境和社会效益的工作,同时为类似的矿山废水的回用提供了参考。
We made a survey on the quantity and quality of the waste water in Hedong Gold Mine in this paper, through the survey, the variety and the flow of waste water has been found out, meanwhile analysis has been made on the quality of different waste water. In the laboratory, we made a research on the influence of different kinds of waste water on the flotation process in Hedong Gold Mine, and found out the impact of different kinds of waste water. Finally, we confirmed that underground water and concentrate water as well as complex water could affect the flotation process, and the influence of other waste water could be neglected. We treat the above three kinds pf influential waste water by gravity settling, and get their sedimentation curves. We made a flotation experiment on the water after settling , and it proved that when the suspended substance is removed from the waste water, their influence on the flotation process could be basically eliminated. We designed precipitating tanks for underground water and concentrate water according to the sedimentation curve. When these tanks are put into use, the waste water in Hedong Gold Mine could be fully utilized, also the waste water could never be discharged out of Hedong. This could not only benefit economy, environment and society, but also provide a reference to the similar wastewater recycling for the mine.
