摘要
从公立医院建立客户服务中心的角度,论述在社会主义市场经济条件下,以客户服务中心工作为内涵,构建公立医院和谐医患关系的思考和实践。指出以人为本是和谐医患关系的核心,通过提升医院客户服务中心工作内涵,加强公立医院公民服务能力,可以实现和谐医患关系的目的,也是打造医院诚信品牌的尝试。融合在社会主义新公共服务管理中的公立医院客户服务体系,可以营造良好的医疗机构组织文化氛围,引导医务人员在构建公立医院和谐医患关系方面实现创新。
In view of setting up client service center in public hospital, the article discussed the thoughts and experience on building harmonious hospital patient relationship through patient centered client service in socialist market economy environment. Human based service was the core of building harmonious hospital patient relationship. Client service center could improve hospital service and create good hospital culture to build harmonious hospital patient relationship.
