危机管理的重点是危机预防,处理好医院与媒体的关系是化解危机的关键。运用危机公共关系的职能、手段,处理好与媒体的关系、减少各种危机对医院的负面影响,建立媒介应对策略、并对危机处理过程做出评估,以应对各种危机对医院的考验,为医院处理危机事件创造一个有利的舆论环境。
The key part of hospital crisis management is crisis prevention. The key way to solve the crisis is the dealing with the relationship between the hospital and the media properly. Application of the function and methods of crisis public relations, properly management of the relationship between the hospital and the media can relief the bad influence from all kinds of crises. Setting up strategy to cope with the media and evaluating the process of crisis management can help the hospital to face the impact from all kinds of crises and create a beneficial media environment for the hospital during the crisis management.
