摘要
滤毒通风装置不仅涉及到化学、机械学、液体力学,而且与电机学和自动控制理论有关。主要是从自动滤毒通风系统的调速控制出发,对它进行了分析和反推计算。介绍了滤毒通风装置的组成,从分析通风机的特性曲线,而确定了通风机的工作点。得出了要达到稳定工作点的目的,必须保证通风量Qf和超压P值满足一定关系的结论。阐述了通风机的选择,风压、风量与转速的关系。为系统的设计提供了依据。
The filtering unit is not only involved in the chemistry, mechanics, hydrokinetics, and also related to the electrical engineering and autocontrol theory. Mainly do the analysis and backstepping calculation for filtering unit. Introduce the composition of filtering unit, analyze the characteristic curve of the rentilator,definite the working point of the ventilator. In order to gain the stable working point,the wind pressure Of and the exceeded pressure P have a certainty relationship. Expatiate the selection of ventilator,and the relalionship of the wind pressure,the wind flux and the rotate speed.
