摘要
为研究锻件喷雾淬火冷却过程,研制了喷雾淬火热处理装置,并对轴类件进行喷雾淬火热处理试验。根据实际情况建立包含变物性、连续过冷沸腾换热边界的温度、组织、应力三场耦合非线性有限元模型,对喷雾冷却过程进行了模拟分析计算,温度计算结果与测试结果吻合较好,并分析了大型非淬透件热处理应力的尺寸效应。
For studying spray-quenching process of large-scale forgings, spray-quenching equipment was developed, and experiments of spray quenching on shaft type parts were carried out. According to the actual conditions, a nonlinear FEM model comprising variable physical property parameters and phase transformation was established. The spray quenching process was simulated, and the accuracy of simulation results matches the test results. Effects of size of the parts on stress in quench process were analyzed.
